3. Can I use metal utensils on my pans?
“Generally we would say ‘no’, recommending the use of nylon and wooden utensils. But certain ranges are metal utensil safe.”
As a general guideline we would say “no” as this can have an adverse affect on the pans. However some of our ranges are “metal utensil safe”. For more details please read the Use & Care guide of your cookware or contact Customer Services.
4. Are glass lids safe to use when cooking?
”Yes, our glass lids are manufactured to be safe to use on our cookware, provided the Use & Care guide is adhered to.”
All our glass lids are manufactured from heat tempered glass, much like a car windscreen, and they are extremely breakage resistant. However, no glass lid is break proof but if the Use and Care guide is followed you should not have a problem.
5. Can I ask a new question?
”Yes.”
